How to Return

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paperless.

Return your items using the original packaging in which your order arrived. Ensure that all brand boxes or cases accompanying your order are properly protected in the return packaging. If you return your item without protecting the brand boxes or cases that come with your order, you will not receive your refund.

You will be assigned a return number. This number must be clearly marked on the returned order. The return delivery costs are paid by the customer.

You can return your items within 14 working days from the moment they reach you.

How to proceed:

  1. Go to "My Returns" in your customer account.
  2. Find the order you want to return and click on "Return".
  3. Select each item and the reason for the return.
  4. Place each item you are returning along with the brand box or case that came with the order inside the Your Natural Beauty packaging.
  5. Prepare your package, and the return number assigned to you should be clearly marked on the returned order. For returns, all shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend that items be sent to us by courier or registered mail.
  6. Send your return to the following address:

The returned item must reach Your Natural Beauty no later than 14 days after the delivery date. We recommend that you arrange for the return to be collected within 7 days from the delivery date to ensure it arrives at the location within 14 days.

Please note that if the return has been made for reasons unrelated to justified defects or non-conformity of the ordered products, shipping costs will not be refunded. Therefore, the initially borne delivery costs by the customer will not be refunded.

Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective.

 
Return Policy

Returned items must adhere to our return policy:

  • They have not been used.
  • They retain their characteristics and original labels intact.
  • They must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags and the original packaging included. All material accompanying your order must be returned to Your Natural Beauty.

Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original brand boxes and bags, if provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for transport.

When trying on footwear, be careful not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. All footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface before being used.

If an item has a Your Natural Beauty security tag or brand label attached, it must be returned with the original tag.

Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned sealed and unused, with packaging seals still intact.

Jewelry and accessories must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including all brand packaging and documents provided with them.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition as received. Any returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be processed through the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

 
Defective Items

Our goal is for all items to arrive in great condition, and we hope you are always satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if it doesn't match the description exactly, please notify Customer Service as soon as possible. We will arrange for a return and process a full refund for the defective item.

 
Customized or Special Order Items

Due to the nature of customized or special order requests and the fact that they have been created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the pieces are damaged or defective upon delivery to you.
