Do I need an account to place an order?

How do I place an order on the website?

Choose a category from the top navigation menu.

Select the item you want and click on “Add to basket”. After adding all items, it's time to check out in “Shopping Basket”.

Log in to your account.

Enter your email address and delivery details to complete your order. We will confirm the order, and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates at every step.

Where can I find guidance on my size and measurements?

We provide fit information and model measurements for each style in the 'Sizes and measurements' guide.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Cancellations are possible as long as your order has not been processed yet. You can cancel your order by sending an email indicating the order number to We will send you an email confirming your canceled order.

If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it.

When will the payment be charged to my card?

If you make a payment with a credit card or PayPal, Your Natural Beauty will charge the payment at the moment your order is placed on our website.

What is DSP2?

DSP2 is a new European law introduced to make online payments safer. When placing an online order through card payment, your bank may request that you confirm your identity via 3D Secure authentication.

What are the payment steps when I place an order?

When placing an order in Europe, you may be directed to 3D Secure authentication by your bank. There are many ways to authenticate online payments, and you may be asked to confirm your identity via SMS, email, or TouchID. Once your payment is authenticated and the order has been placed, you'll return to Your Natural Beauty's confirmation page. As soon as your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email.

How does my bank confirm my identity?

Contact your bank to understand the 3D Secure authentication process. Ensure they have the correct contact details if they use SMS or email for authentication.

Can I reserve an item to buy it later?

Our goal is to provide a fair opportunity to purchase our most requested products and, as items are typically limited, we don't offer reservations.

100%. Our offering is carefully chosen from top brands and manufacturers, ensuring all items are authentic.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged in a Your Natural Beauty box - with branded packaging- to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.


Delivery, Taxes, and Fees

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping costs are automatically estimated at the time of purchase through a fixed shipping fee.

This means you can purchase multiple pieces from various locations for one shipping fee.

I didn't receive my invoice with my order. Where can I find it?

Your invoice will be available for viewing in your customer account or sent by email.

When will I receive my order and how can I track the delivery?

Once your order is confirmed. Delivery may take about 7-10 business days, depending on your location. If you order from various Your Natural Beauty partners, your items will arrive separately, and you will receive separate delivery notifications.

Please note that delivery times are only estimates and do not apply to custom-made or personalized items. The estimated delivery time for custom-made or personalized orders ranges from two weeks to three months depending on the type of product and the manufacturer, upon acceptance of your order. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is placed unless otherwise indicated.



I returned my order. What happens if the order is delayed?

You may face some unexpected delays if your return is on its way to one of our partners. As soon as it is accepted by our partner, we will send you an email confirming your refund.

How much will the shipping costs be?

Shipping costs are automatically estimated at the time of purchase through a fixed shipping fee.

This means you can purchase multiple items from various locations for one shipping fee.

My order was shipped from outside Europe. Will I have to pay any additional fees?

For orders to locations outside the European Union, additional customs fees and possible administrative fees related to customs clearance may need to be paid. These fees depend on the legislation of the delivery country, are unpredictable, and are always the customer's responsibility. Your Natural Beauty has no control over these charges and therefore cannot provide information about the value.

If I return my order, will the fees I originally paid be refunded?

No, the original delivery cost will not be included in your refund. We will refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs. For more information, go to Returns and Refunds.

What is Your Natural Beauty's return policy?

We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) on all items returned to Your Natural Beauty within 14 days of the delivery date.

To create a return, go to "My returns" in your account.

Schedule your collection up to 7 days after delivery - this is to ensure your order arrives within the required time frame. We cannot process exchanges, and all returned items must be unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached in the original packaging. You can find more information on how to return an order in our Returns Policy.

How should I proceed to return my order?

Go to "My returns" in your customer account.

Find the order you wish to return and click on return.

Select each item and the reason for the return.

Place each item you are returning with the brand box or case that came with the order inside the Your Natural Beauty packaging.

Prepare your package; the return number assigned to you should be clearly marked on the returned package. For returns, all shipping costs are borne by the customer. We advise that items are sent to us by courier or registered mail.

The returned item must arrive at Your Natural Beauty no later than 14 days after the delivery date. We recommend that you book the return collection within 7 days of the delivery date to ensure it arrives at the location within 14 days.

How do I package my item for return?

Just follow these steps to prepare your item:

Place all unwanted items in any original box or case that came with your order inside the Your Natural Beauty packaging.

Does my order need to be returned in the Your Natural Beauty packaging it arrived in?

You should return your item in the Your Natural Beauty box in which your order was shipped. Items must be returned undamaged and unworn, with all tags attached, including the original packaging and brand boxes.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your return is received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be made via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. We keep you updated at every step of the process; you can track the return of your order with our carrier using the tracking number on your return label.

Remember to check if your return meets the conditions of our Returns Policy .

Will shipping costs be refunded upon return?

The original delivery cost will not be included in your refund.

Can I return my custom or made-to-order item?

We cannot accept returns as custom or made-to-order pieces are created according to your specifications and taste.

Can I cancel an order?

Some of our partners allow you to cancel an item before processing your order.

Cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been processed. You can cancel your order by sending an email indicating the order number to We will send an email confirming your canceled order.

If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it.

Can I still change my delivery address for an already confirmed order?

We ask for your understanding that a subsequent change of the delivery address is not possible. Orders are processed immediately, and therefore, unfortunately, we cannot proceed with such a change. If the delivery address cannot be found or your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Once we have received the order again and it has been verified, we will refund the order amount to your bank account.

Why do sizes vary from brand to brand?

Sizes are slightly different when converted, and some brands serve in sizes larger or smaller than others. That's why we provide specific information for each article. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service team.

What if my article doesn't fit?

If your item doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to place another order, you can do so online or contact our Customer Service team.
