Shipping Information

Orders placed at Your Natural Beauty are shipped on business days (excluding national holidays).

Shipping costs are automatically estimated at the time of purchase through a fixed shipping rate.

This means you can purchase multiple items from various locations for a single shipping fee.

 
Shipping Timelines

We typically deliver immediately available items within 7-10 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not apply to custom or personalized items. The estimated delivery time for custom or personalized orders ranges from two weeks to three months, depending on the product type and manufacturer, based on order acceptance. Delivery times will be calculated from the order date, unless otherwise stated. Refer to the Product page for production timeline information.

Your Natural Beauty is not responsible for customs delays or payment approval failures, although we will try to minimize any delays.

Our orders may be delivered by DHL Express, UPS, or Nacex in selected countries.

 
Duties and Taxes

We include taxes and fees in your order, so you don't need to pay any additional fees if you're located in the European Union. For orders to locations outside the European Union, additional customs duties and possible administrative fees related to customs clearance may need to be paid. These fees depend on the delivery country's legislation and cannot be calculated by us; they are always the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an email with all the details. We may also contact you if we need more information. Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped depending on the partner and product type.

To check the delivery status of your order, refer to the shipping confirmation email you received. For each package sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes a link to track your order.

This way, you will always know where your order is and how long it will take to reach you.

If you order from multiple partners at Your Natural Beauty, remember that your items will arrive separately. Our aim is to deliver within the specified timelines; however, we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or payment approval failure.

 
Cancellations

Changed your mind? Some of our partners allow you to cancel an item before we process your order.

Cancellations are possible as long as your order has not been processed yet. You can cancel your order by sending an email with the order number to service@dev.yournaturalbeauty.eu. We will send an email confirming your canceled order.

If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Due to the nature of these orders, manufacturing times may vary as they are created specifically for you. Refer to the product page for more information about manufacturing times.

Note: While custom or made-to-order items have longer delivery times, payment will be taken immediately after placing the order.
