What is DSP2?
DSP2 is a new European law introduced to make online payments more secure. When placing an online order through card payment, your bank may require you to confirm your identity through 3D Secure authentication.

What are the payment steps when I place an order?
When placing an order in Europe, you might be directed to a 3D Secure authentication by your bank. There are various ways to authenticate online payments, and you might be asked to confirm your identity through SMS, email, or TouchID. Once your payment is authenticated and the order is placed, you will return to Your Natural Beauty's confirmation page. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email.

How does my bank confirm my identity?
Contact your bank to understand the 3D Secure authentication process. Ensure they have the correct contact information in case they use SMS or email for authentication.

When will the amount for the ordered items be charged to my credit card?

In this option, payment can be made through a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Cartes Bancaires credit card. Credit Card payments are 100% secure, facilitated by the global platform Stripe - www.stripe.pt. Note: only cards with 3DSecure security system are accepted.

For your security, security checks are conducted on all payments made at the time of purchase.
